We typically process orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Kindly Woven blanket! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your blanket must be unused and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Simply email us at hello@kindlywoven.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
